If you submit a workflow audit request, we collect the contact and agency details you provide, including name, email, agency name, phone, website, audience type, workflow interest, lead volume, preferred contact method, and your message.

We use submitted information to respond to your audit request, understand your agency workflow, recommend practical automation opportunities, and improve the website experience.

When analytics are enabled for launch, we may use PostHog to understand page visits, conversion paths, and aggregate website behavior. Analytics should be configured without selling visitor data.

If you choose to schedule first, we collect your selected time, contact details, and prep notes so the audit can be reviewed in the protected admin area.
